Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture evenly into a 9-inch pie dish, ensuring a firm, even layer.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, then let cool completely.
2. Make the Caramel Cream Filling:
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine sweetened condensed milk, butter, brown sugar, and heavy cream.
- Stir constantly until the mixture thickens and turns a deep caramel color (about 5-7 minutes).
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and cream soda.
- Pour the caramel filling into the cooled crust and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
3. Whip the Cream Topping:
- Using a mixer, beat heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Spread evenly over the chilled caramel filling.
4. Add the Toffee Bits:
- Sprinkle toffee bits generously over the whipped cream layer.
