- ¼ cup green onions (sliced)
- ¼ cup chopped peanuts
- Sriracha drizzle (optional)
Instructions
- Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water, let it sit until frothy, then mix with flour, salt, and olive oil. Knead until smooth, cover, and let rise for 1–2 hours. Divide into two portions and roll out for pizza bases.
- For the BBQ Chicken Pizza: Spread BBQ sauce evenly over the dough, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, top with chicken and red onion, and bake at 475°F (245°C) for 12–15 minutes. Garnish with cilantro after baking.
- For the Thai Chicken Pizza: Spread peanut sauce over the dough, add mozzarella cheese, chicken, bean sprouts, and green onions. Bake at 475°F (245°C) for 12–15 minutes. Top with chopped peanuts and a drizzle of sriracha before serving.
- Preheat your oven and use a pizza stone or baking sheet for a crisp crust. Rotate halfway through baking for even cooking.
