- 1 pound kielbasa sausage, sliced
- 2 cups cooked rice (white or brown)
- 2 cups broccoli florets, fresh or frozen
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a blend)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced kielbasa and cook for about 5 minutes, or until lightly browned.
- Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir well to combine with the kielbasa.
- Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and stir to combine. Cover and cook for about 5-7 minutes until broccoli is tender-crisp.
- Reduce heat to low and sprinkle shredded cheese over the mixture. Cover and let cook for 3-5 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately.

- This dish can easily be customized with your favorite spices or additional vegetables.
- Consider using low-sodium kielbasa for a healthier option.
