- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups chow mein noodles
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
- 24–30 small candy eggs (such as Cadbury Mini Eggs)
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine peanut butter, honey, and melted butter. Microwave for 30 seconds, then stir until smooth.
- Gently fold in chow mein noodles until fully coated. Add mini chocolate chips if desired.
- Scoop portions onto parchment paper and press centers to form nests. Chill for 15-20 minutes.
- Once set, place 3-4 candy eggs in each nest. Serve or store in an airtight container.
Notes
- For nut-free version, use sunflower seed butter instead of peanut butter.
- Substitute pretzel sticks or shredded wheat if chow mein noodles aren’t available.
- Drizzle with melted chocolate for extra decoration.
- Store in airtight container for up to 3 days at room temperature.
