Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat.
- Add the chopped onion and cook until the beef is cooked through and the onion is softened, about 5-7 minutes.
- Drain excess grease and stir in the minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for another minute until fragrant.
- While the beef is browning, cook the shell pasta according to the package directions.
- Drain the pasta well and set aside.
- Reduce the heat to low and add cream cheese, condensed cream of mushroom soup, and milk to the skillet.
- Stir until the cream cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy.
- Add the cooked shell pasta and shredded cheddar cheese to the skillet.
- Stir until everything is well combined and the cheese is melted.
- Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired, and serve immediately.
