Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 burger buns
- 4 slices of cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite)
- Lettuce leaves
- Tomato slices
- Black olives (sliced)
- Ketchup or mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with salt and pepper. Mix well and form into four equal-sized patties.
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes per side until done.
- While the burgers cook, prepare toppings: wash lettuce, slice tomatoes, and black olives.
- Assemble the burgers: spread ketchup or mustard on the buns, layer lettuce, tomato, the cheesy patty, and use olives to create monster faces.
Notes
- Use high-quality ground beef for the best flavor.
- Donβt overcook the burger patties; they should be juicy and slightly pink inside.
- Involve kids in the fun assembly process!
- Store leftovers in airtight containers in the fridge for up to 2-3 days.
