- 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and diced

Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat with the chopped onion until fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
- In a bowl, toss the diced potatoes with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Combine the cooked beef mixture, seasoned potatoes, cream of mushroom soup, and beef broth in a large bowl.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9ร13 inch baking dish and top with cheddar cheese if desired. Bake at 375ยฐF (190ยฐC) for 45-60 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
