Instructions
1. Preparing the Dough
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll the pizza dough and cut it into 12 even squares.
2. Filling the Bombs
- Place a spoonful of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center of each dough square.
- Add diced pepperoni (optional) or any other fillings you desire.
- Fold the dough over the filling to form a ball, pinching the edges tightly to seal.
3. Coating the Bombs
- Brush each pizza ball with melted butter.
- In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese, then roll the balls in this mixture for added flavor.
4. Baking the Bombs
- Arrange the pizza bombs on a greased baking sheet, ensuring they don’t touch.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and puffed up.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
