Instructions

  2. Combine Italian dressing mix, au jus gravy mix, beef broth, water, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl and pour over the beef.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until beef is tender and shreds easily.
  4. Remove beef, shred with forks, and return to the slow cooker to absorb juices. Serve on hoagie rolls with your favorite toppings.
