Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
- In a stand mixer or large bowl, beat softened butter until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, followed by milk and vanilla extract. Gradually mix in dry ingredients.
- Fold in chopped strawberries and white chocolate chips.
- Line muffin tin with cupcake liners and fill each ⅔ full with batter. Bake for 18-20 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool completely, then drizzle with melted white chocolate and garnish with fresh strawberry slices.
