Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Arrange chicken cubes evenly in the dish. Season with salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning.
- Sprinkle stuffing mix evenly over the chicken.
- Pour chicken broth over the stuffing, moistening it thoroughly. Press down gently.
- In a separate bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup with milk. Spread over the stuffing.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 15-20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked and stuffing is golden brown.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
