Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken Breast: Lay each chicken breast on a cutting board. Using a sharp knife, carefully slice horizontally through the center of each breast, creating a pocket without cutting all the way through.
- Make the Filling: In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, chopped spinach, crumbled feta cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Stuff the Chicken: Carefully spoon the cream cheese mixture into the pocket of each chicken breast. Ensure the filling is evenly distributed and the pocket is nicely packed. Don’t overstuff.
- Cook the Stuffed Chicken Breast: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Drizzle olive oil over the stuffed chicken breast. Season with paprika, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, or any other herbs and spices you prefer. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
