Instructions
1. Preparing the Crust
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie dish, covering the bottom and sides evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes to set.
2. Making the Sparkling Lemonade Filling
- In a saucepan over medium heat, whisk together lemon juice, sugar, and cornstarch slurry (cornstarch mixed with water).
- Stir continuously until the mixture thickens and becomes glossy (about 5 minutes).
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Stir in chilled sparkling lemonade.
- Pour the filling into the prepared crust and spread evenly.
3. Adding the Golden Touch
- Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours (or overnight) until fully set.
- Before serving, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with edible gold dust or gold sprinkles.
- Optionally, garnish with gold leaf or white chocolate shards for extra magic.
