Ingredients
- Ground beef
- Bread slices
- Cheddar cheese (or your favorite cheese)
- Seasoning (salt, pepper, garlic powder)
- Butter
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste. Drain any excess grease.
- Reduce the heat to low and add the cheddar cheese on top of the cooked ground beef. Allow the cheese to melt.
- Butter one side of each bread slice. Place one slice in the skillet, spoon the cheesy ground beef mixture on top, then add the second slice, butter-side up.
- Cook the sandwich over medium heat until the bread is golden brown, flipping halfway through to ensure even toasting.
Notes
- Use a non-stick skillet to prevent sticking.
- Cook the ground beef in batches if your skillet is overcrowded.
- Add Worcestershire sauce or red pepper flakes for extra flavor.
- Experiment with different types of cheese.
- Serve immediately for best taste.
