Prepare the Potatoes:
- Wash and peel the potatoes (optional).
- Cut into thin, even strips for uniform cooking.
- Soak in cold water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch, then drain and pat completely dry with paper towels.

Cook the Fries:
Oven Method:
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Toss fries with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread them in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Air Fryer Method:
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
- Lightly spray fries with oil.
- Air fry for 15–20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.

Make the Garlic Parmesan Sauce:
- Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Remove from heat and stir in grated Parmesan cheese.

Toss and Serve:
- Transfer hot fries to a large mixing bowl.
- Pour the garlic Parmesan butter mixture over them and toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
