Instructions
- In a blender, combine the vanilla ice cream and butterscotch syrup. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Continue blending until achieving a smooth, milkshake-like consistency. Adjust sweetness with more syrup if needed.
- Pour the blended mixture into tall glasses, filling each about ¾ full.
- Top off each glass with chilled cream soda and leave space for whipped cream.
- Add a swirl of whipped cream on top and sprinkle with crushed butterscotch candies. Serve immediately.
