Instructions
1. Preparing the Fudge Base

- Continue cooking, stirring frequently, until the mixture reaches 235Β°F (113Β°C) on a candy thermometer (soft-ball stage).
- Remove from heat and quickly stir in vanilla and butterscotch extracts.
3. Pouring and Setting the Fudge
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Let cool at room temperature for 30 minutes before transferring to the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until fully set.
4. Cutting and Decorating
- Once set, lift the fudge out of the dish and cut it into squares using a sharp knife or bench scraper.
- Sprinkle each piece lightly with flaky sea salt for a gourmet touch.
