For the Sliders:
- 12 dinner rolls (or slider buns)
- 1 cup marinara sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 24 slices of pepperoni (or more, depending on preference)
For the Garlic Herb Butter Topping:
- ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

- Sliced black olives
- Diced green bell peppers
- Crumbled cooked Italian sausage
Instructions
1. Prepare the Rolls:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the dinner rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected.
- Place the bottom half of the rolls in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Spread marinara sauce evenly over the rolls.
- Layer with shredded mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices.
- Add optional toppings like olives, bell peppers, or sausage if desired.
- Place the top half of the rolls over the fillings.
2. Make the Garlic Herb Butter:
- In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, garlic powder, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes (if using), and Parmesan cheese.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the tops of the assembled sliders.
3. Bake the Sliders:
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for another 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the tops are golden brown.
4. Serve and Enjoy:
- Let cool slightly before slicing into individual sliders.
- Serve warm with extra marinara sauce for dipping.
- Garnish with fresh parsley or additional Parmesan cheese for added flavor.
