Instructions

1. Preparing the Crust
  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the pan.
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes, then let cool.
2. Making the Cheesecake Batter
  1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add sour cream and vanilla extract, mixing until well incorporated.
  3. Beat in eggs, one at a time, on low speed to avoid overmixing.
3. Creating the Green and Purple Swirls
  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine heavy cream, brown sugar, butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  2. Divide the mixture into two separate bowls. Add green gel food coloring to one and purple to the other.
