For the Crust:
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

- 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese (softened)

- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs

- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Green and purple gel food coloring
For Decoration (Optional):
- Edible glitter or sprinkles
- Edible silver dust
Instructions
1. Preparing the Crust
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the pan.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, then let cool.
2. Making the Cheesecake Batter
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Add sour cream and vanilla extract, mixing until well incorporated.
- Beat in eggs, one at a time, on low speed to avoid overmixing.
3. Creating the Green and Purple Swirls
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine heavy cream, brown sugar, butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Divide the mixture into two separate bowls. Add green gel food coloring to one and purple to the other.
- Pour the cheesecake batter into the crust, then drizzle the green and purple mixtures over the top.
- Use a toothpick or skewer to create swirl patterns.
4. Baking the Cheesecake
- Place a baking pan filled with water on the lower oven rack (to prevent cracks).
- Bake for 55-65 minutes, or until the center is just set.
- Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside with the door slightly open for 1 hour.
5. Decorating the Cheesecake
- Once fully cooled, sprinkle edible silver dust or glitter for a magical effect.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
