- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
- 2 cups powdered sugar

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Salted caramel sauce

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine yellow cake mix, melted butter, eggs, and milk. Mix until well combined and pour into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a separate bowl, cream together butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy. Add milk and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- Pour gooey topping evenly over the cake batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool completely in the pan, then drizzle with salted caramel sauce and sprinkle with sea salt flakes before cutting into squares to serve.
