- 1.5 lbs Ground Beef
- 1 packet of Onion Soup Mix
- 1 can (10.75 oz) Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- Optional: Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef and onion soup mix. Mix well until the onion soup mix is evenly distributed throughout the beef.
- Roll the mixture into meatballs about 1-1.5 inches in diameter and place them in a 9ร13 baking pan.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the cream of mushroom soup, water, and Worcestershire sauce until well combined.
- Place the meatballs into the crockpot and pour the cream of mushroom soup mixture over them. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
Notes
- Ensure the meatballs are fully submerged in the sauce to prevent drying out.
- Browning the meatballs before adding them to the crockpot can enhance flavor.
- If the sauce is too thin, cook on high with the lid off for an additional 30-60 minutes.
