Instructions
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.

- Sprinkle the mixture over both sides of the chicken breasts.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Place the seasoned chicken breasts into the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

- Don’t overcrowd the pan; cook the chicken in batches if necessary.
