- 3 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 can (15 ounces) corn, drained
- 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Optional toppings: green onions, cilantro, avocado
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, BBQ sauce, ranch dressing, corn, and black beans. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish. Spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before garnishing with toppings. Serve warm.
