- 1 bag (32 ounces) frozen tater tots
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can (10.75 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer at the bottom of the dish.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, drain excess grease, and season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the cooked ground beef evenly over the tater tots.
- Pour the condensed cream of mushroom soup over the ground beef, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the casserole.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
