- 6 cups stuffing mix
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cubed cooked chicken, chopped celery, and onion. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a separate bowl, mix stuffing with chicken broth and melted butter until moistened. Let sit for a few minutes.
- Spread half of the stuffing mixture in a baking dish, layer with the chicken and vegetables, then top with remaining stuffing.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C), sprinkle cheese on top, and bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
