Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Mix crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl until combined.
  3. Press firmly into the bottom of the pan and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.

2. Make the Cheesecake Filling

  1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  2. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  3. Stir in vanilla, sour cream, and cornstarch until incorporated.

3. Bake the Cheesecake
