Instructions
- Prepare the graham cracker crust by mixing crumbs with melted butter and pressing into jars.
- Make the filling by beating cream cheese, then blending in condensed milk, lime juice, and zest.
- Spoon the filling over the crust in each jar, smoothing the top.
- Chill for at least 2 hours, then garnish with whipped cream and lime before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh key lime juice for best flavor, but bottled works too.
- Fold whipped topping into the filling for a lighter texture.
- Add berries or white chocolate drizzle for extra flair.
