  • 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour

  • 12 tablespoons strawberry jam (for flavor and color)
  • 24 Hershey’s Kisses, unwrapped
  • Optional: Pink food coloring (for a vibrant strawberry hue)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter, granulated sugar, and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Gradually mix in the flour and salt until just combined. Add vanilla extract and strawberry jam (and food coloring if desired).
  3. Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes.
  4. Immediately after baking, gently press a Hershey’s Kiss into the center of each cookie. Let cool completely before serving.
