Instructions

- Mixing the Dough: Add melted butter, eggs, salt, and 3 cups of flour to the yeast mixture. Stir until a sticky dough forms. Gradually add the remaining flour, ¼ cup at a time, until the dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl and is soft but not sticky.
- Kneading and Rising: Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 5–7 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for 1–1.5 hours or until doubled in size.
- Shaping the Rolls: Punch down the risen dough and divide it into 12 equal pieces. Shape each piece into a ball and place them in a greased 9×13-inch baking pan, leaving space between each roll for rising. Cover and let rise again for 30–45 minutes.
- Baking the Rolls: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the rolls for 15–20 minutes or until golden brown. Brush generously with melted butter immediately after removing from the oven.
